What Is Ict Orderblock ?

Orderblocks are used in a Lot Of Trading concepts But before you learn about it you have to know that the one and only creator of Orderblock is inner circle trader, Michael J. Huddleston.

We are going to see what is an ICT Order block and how to perfectly use it and become a profitable trader, ICT order block is a candle that liquidates the previous highs and lows.

To understand this ICT orderblock you have to first understand the concept of liquidity to imbalance and imbalance to liquidity.

This liquidity to imbalance {IRL} and imbalance to liquidity {ERL} is also known as internal liquidity on the external range liquidity.

Bullish ICT OrderBlock :

A bullish Orderblock is a Candle that liquidates the previous highs and the lows, The above price action The close candle is a single candle order block that liquidates the previous day’s highs.

A High probability order block will always form after the price takes the liquidity which is the ict real order block, If you are bias is bullish then you have to look at the candles that sweep the previous highs.

Bearish ICT Orderblock :

A bearish ict Orderblock is a candle that liquidates the previous daily weekly or monthly highs that is fractal, After the price takes The liquidity on the higher time frame you have to wait until the candle closes, 

After the candle is closed which is the up close candle you can enter on the single candle and target the low-hanging fruit always with a decent Risk Reward.

To find a high probability order block you all need these three things which are Daily, weekly monthly, and direction of the price.

Daily bias is one of the ways to find a high probability order block daily bias is one of the important things to see which is when the price opens it will take the liquidity on the highs and lows of the price action. 

When you start correctly identifying the ICT order blocks You can easily make a good amount of money and you can become profitable for that you need a daily bias at least if you are over an intraday.

Time Frame Alignment For Ict Order block:

The ICT has given some specific time frame alignments to trade with, you have to always pair with the higher time frame mid-time and the entry model lower time

To find the high probability ICT orderblocks you have to pair these time Frames :

• MONTHLY>DAILY>1HOUR 
• WEEKLY>4Hour>15MINUTES
• DAILY> 1HR > 5MINUTES

Always pair this ICT timeframe alignment for better trading with the ict concepts, This is also known as a smart money reversal you can trade with this a market maker model.

The last three points to make your order blocks more probability are, The candle that liquidates the previous highs/lows,  and don’t forget that win a candle is a certain t level it will quickly reject that key level and give you the ICT order block.

After the order block is created now you have to wait and see the reaction of that particular candle if it displays lower you can directly enter a trade.
